Park Pottery Findhorn Ltd – Pottery Class and Studio Membership Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Risks: I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in pottery classes and studio activities at Park Pottery Findhorn Ltd involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to equipment use, handling of materials, and physical exertion. I understand these risks may result in personal injury or property
damage.

2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Park Pottery Findhorn Ltd, its officers, employees, teachers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activities, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Park Pottery Findhorn Ltd from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, that Park Pottery Findhorn Ltd may incur due to my participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence of Park Pottery Findhorn Ltd or otherwise.

4. Medical Acknowledgment: I represent that I am physically fit to participate in pottery classes and studio activities and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. In the event of a medical emergency, Park Pottery Findhorn Ltd may secure emergency medical care for me at my own expense.

5. Understanding & Acceptance: I acknowledge that I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
